About Us
Hot Club Tirana is an Albanian music band.
It currently consists of the lead vocalist Gigliola Haveriku, lead violinist Valin Qerimaj, lead guitarist Flavio Lito, drummer Ergys Halili, keyboardist Regis Laja.
Flavio LITO – ( Guitar )
Flavio Lito was born in Tirana in 1988. He started his first guitar lessons at the age of 6 at Jordan Misja high school in Tirana. In 2010 he graduated from the University of Arts in Tirana. Following his diploma, he completed a Master’s degree in Music Pedagogy.
He is currently working as a guitar Lecturer at the University of Arts in Tirana, as well as a guitar teacher and music teacher at a music school in Tirana and in private school centres.
In 2018 he was selected as a Guitarist in the “Magic Flute” Festival, a duo concert. He was a participant in different Music Festivals around Albania and he has played some recital concerts in the hall of the University of Arts and a concert with the ART Orchestra.
He also has been part of various orchestras in the country such as the ART orchestra in the national festival. He has been part of Hot Club Tirana since the beginning.
Valin QERIMAJ – ( Violin )
Valin Qerimaj was born in Tirana in 1990. He comes from a family of musicians where he started his first violin lesson with his father and grandfather at the age of 6. In 2008 he completed the music high school in Tirana and later that year he was accepted to continue his studies at the Conservatory of Vienna.
During his studies he was part of serval youth and professional orchestras in the city of Vienna. In 2014 he graduated from the Conservatory of Vienna and later that year he was part of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra on a concert tour in China.
In 2016 he returned to Albania and started as a music lector at the University of Arts in Tirana.
During 2019-2020 he was the violinist of the “Ladybug Theatre Production” in Italy.
He has been part of Hot Club Tirana since the beginning.
Gigliola Haveriku – ( Vocal )
Regis LAJA – (Keyboard Pianist & Trumpet)
Regis Laja was born in 1992. He completed his studies at the Artistic High School for trumpet. He continued his studies at the University of Arts in Tirana where he graduated in 2016.
Since 2020 he has been working as a trumpet teacher at “Jordan Misja” high school. He has been part of the orchestra of RTSH as trumpeter in several concerts.
When he was 6 years old he took piano lessons as well and before joining Hot Club Tirana he was part of a rock band as a keyboardist. Furthermore he has been working in recording studio as a pianist and he has been part of Hot Club Tirana since its beginnings.
